For this week’s exercise, we are focusing on Zzzzz’s, shut eye, sleep!
Sleeping well is critical for women with PCOS. One night of restlessness has been shown to adversely effect insulin sensitivity. Plus, women who sleep for 6 hours or less have been shown to weight 6-8kg more than those who sleep for 8 hours. That’s a massive difference and proves that you can help to sleep yourself slim!
