That little voice inside your head is super important! We all have positive and negative thoughts, this is human and healthy. However, when those thoughts are more negative and destructive, this is an issue for your health.
Women with PCOS have been shown to experience more pent up anger and less external expression of how we really feel. We can ruminate and have low self esteem. We can tend to put others first, at our detriment. I can’t help but wonder if this might be linked to us trying to have others like us AND feeling like we are ‘less than’.
But there are simple steps you can implement to begin improving this challenge.
