What do you look like? Really look like? Often the words we tell ourselves are unkind, inaccurate and unkind. Are you focused on what you see as problem areas, instead of your true beauty?
Set aside 2 minutes each dat. Naked or in your underwear, look at yourself in a long mirror. Breath in. Let go of your self consciousness. Breathe out. Continue to look at yourself, with love. Take note of what you like, what you love, below. Vocalise these thoughts.
Remember, be kind.
My Ideal Life & The Wonderful Things I’ve Accomplished
What does your ideal life look like? Have you ever thought about it? It can be very helpful to put your thoughts down on paper and think about what you want to achieve. It is also important to acknowledge what you have already achieved in life. Don’t be harsh on yourself. Be honest. And if you’re still finding this exercise difficult, imagine what your best friend or Mum and Dad would say.
One Thousand Things I Love About Myself
Self-love is critical to conquer your PCOS. It gives you confidence, focus and worthiness to reach for and achieve your goals. Write at last 100 reasons per sitting. You can show loved ones if you choose, but this can also remain private.
