Do you some favourite affirmations? Even ones you’ve written yourself? GREAT!
The way we think matters massively to our health. Many women with PCOS ruminate and often think unhappy thoughts. Affirmations are one powerful way to begin changing this. Perform a Google search, something like ‘Positive Health Affirmations’. Or sit down and think about what you would like to say – to affirm. Write these in this week’s exercise. Print out as many copies as you need.
Some example you might want to include are:
“Every day in every way I am getting healthier and healthier and feeling better and better” – credit.
“I am full of energy and vitality and my mind is calm and peaceful” – credit.
“I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents” – credit.
“My body is healthy; my mind is brilliant; my soul is tranquil” – credit.
“I am proud of my body and fully confident that I will feel great about the way I look and feel for the rest of my life” – credit.
“I find happiness in the smallest things, I am unmoved by conflict and I always demonstrate courage in the face of adversity” – credit.
